• Mobile Application: Trading Tiers Android/iOS app
• User: Individual or entity accessing services

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Indian resident or NRI with valid PAN
• No SEBI debarment or blacklisting
• Legal capacity to enter contracts

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED:
• Trading concepts and strategies
• Technical analysis tutorials
• Market research reports
• Live market commentary (educational only)
• NOT investment advice or recommendations

SEBI REGULATORY STATUS: Company holds no SEBI registration. All content serves educational purposes exclusively.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Legal Compliance: Adhere to Indian securities regulations
2. No Platform Misuse: Prohibit scraping, spamming, or disruption
3. Independent Decision-Making: Consult certified advisors for investments
4. Accurate Registration: Provide truthful personal information

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP:

PAYMENT TERMS (Applicable Services):
• Course fees non-refundable post-access
• GST @18% applicable on taxable services
• Payment via UPI, bank transfer, Paytm

TERMINATION RIGHTS: Company reserves rights to suspend/terminate access for:

• Fraudulent activities
• Legal compliance failures
